5 - No returns/refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Imperfects are non-refundable for any reason
6 - Item Condition is NEW for all Sale & Clearance items. Items may be slightly blemished, wrong color tone or slightly scratched. Most are cosmetically perfect. many are only just discontinued. Some Utensil Bars, Wall & Ceiling Racks may be missing Hooks which can be purchased separately. All Items contain assembly and/or mounting hardware.
